Hello
It is unclear to me whether the 1 to 1 equals 2 to 1 rule for the Soviets is in effect through the end of January or February of 1942.
The text of the patch says "to" February not through.
Thanks for any feedback.

The intention was for it to go through February, so that's what it should be.
