The glowing circles around systems with scenery or research bonuses remain even after you have built bases at their locations, glowing circles around potential colonies seem to turn off after you have colonised, as usual

The only time I've seen the scenery bonus indicator remain is for those objects where another base could be built, like Pulsars and Black Holes. Is that what you're seeing as well?

In every game I've played since installing the .14 beta patch a couple days ago each scenery and research location remains active eg black hole has scenery and research bonus, build a base for each but the circle doesn't go away, there's nothing else at the location that can be done.
