CA Suzuya strayed too close to Singapore and was sunk by those Wildebeests. Of he two floatplane groups; Suzuya-1, and Suzuya-2, fragments of both survived.

When I look at the OOB for each fragment I see the fragment in the proper location but the parent is listed as gone.

Shouldn't the fragment become the parent when the parent is destroyed?

I would like to resize each fragment into a 9 plane group and use them for ASW patrols. As they are fragments, I don't think I can do so.
[A little gamey, but my opponent is the AI and it said that it didn't mind.]

Status: offline 		Groups don't swap out like LCUs.
You can disband the fragments or rebuild the destroyed groups.

Status: online 		I think the fragments is nothing to do except disband.
It cannot reinforce or upgrade
