Status: offline 		Is it better to have your prep settings for the base you are located at, or the base your are trying to pound into oblivion? Or does it really matter?

Status: offline 		If I remember it's the one your in if you want the best defense. For best attack then the target of your attack. Think of prep points as preparations for an attack or for a defensive operation (50 prep is half done).

Status: offline 		Please remenmber, if your prep points is up to 100, then your groud units would be increasing in experience slowly.
otherwise, the units are difficult to increase the experience except combat.

I asked that some time ago. It does't, but it should, primary target for instance.
