Sometime when i have a unit that has a damage counter and that unit takes more damage and is removed from the board, the damage counter still remains.

I've got on my bug list that this happens with deaths by artillery strike. Are you seeing it in any other instances? Thanks for the report.

Now you mention it i think it is only with artillery strikes, maybe mortors too though i am not certain, as in the third scenario "General Petrov" the Russians have mortors and arty. I never saw this in the earlier scenarios where there was no arty and mortors for sure.
Thanks for the Pixel shader 2.0 fix by the way

Mines also leave a damage chitin the board. Even if the destroyed tank was previously undamaged. I learned it the hard way. Twice.
