Description:
Intel agent appeared and relocated to... a construction ship.
Character placement automation is off, and I hadn't used the agent - seems to have inexplicably moved itself.

Suggestion:
Since I did not use the agent on a mission, perhaps he intercepted a sabotage mission. Counter-intel event (mission completion/counter-intel interception success/failure) code is probably a good place to start looking.

Never seen that before..

What is the mission that succeeded? Could it be that the agent prevented a sabotage mission against the ship?

No idea why it would happen. I thought intel agents were generated at the capital and always return there after a mission.

Yes, I thought that it might have been the result of a counter-intel mission preventing sabotage - but I've never seen it before.
