When I try to install from a DVd, I get the meaasge D:\ is not a valid win32 application. I have tried all the suggestions from Matrix tech support but nothing works. Anyone have any suggestions?

Dirt or a scratch on the DVD? (assuming d: is your optical drive).

No scratches or dirt on the disk. I believe it has to do with the configuration on my computer, but I don't have any idea where to look. I am running Windows 7 64 bit on a Dell desktop.
