Thanks for the saved game, however, we need to know
1. Exact version of the game you are playing (e.g. v3.7, 3.8, 3.9, 3.10)
2. The exact name and version of the database (HUD3/4, ANWDB are the two we support) - a copy of the DB would actually help.
3. How you saved the game - was it from the scenario editor or from playing the game
4. A copy of your harpoon3.ini file would help too - you may have turned on some long forgotten switch that we don't test for.

I know that seems like a lot but troubleshooting 2 million lines of C++ code written over 15 years is hard, expensive, and thankless. Anyone who has actually programmed successfully for a living knows this (actually most of them think we are crazy to still be here).
