In the past, I had no issues doing an order search and redownloading from Digital River. However it seems that Digital River has dumped it's order number history. I've tried to go back and download games that I ordered a few years ago and no luck. Digital River cannot pull up the order numbers.

So a few questions.

1. When is it going to be possible to get a new download link for games registered on my members account? This was talked about some time ago during the main store page upgrade but has yet to happen.

2. If I send a copy of all my order numbers can I get download links for all my games? I'm not sure who to send this to as I've PM'd in the past and had slow/no response or mailbox is full messages.

This works now for games ordered via Plimus but DR are not supporting us and allowing users to continue to download. We have to find alternative methods to deliver these and you need to contact the Help Desk to get sorted at the moment unfortunately.
