OK Guys attached is a revised scen 2

Please be carefull and check for nasties before proceeding with your AI or PBEM game afterwards as this is an unoffical update I prepared that has been stamped to allow in progress games to be updated via the updater

So no warranty and no ongoing support caveat emptor

Scen 2 AMC Amended

Japan

Fixed Japanese Radar upgrade
780 Type 2 Tank SA set to 14
1467 Japanese Army SD set to upgrade to 1468 Ta-Chi 13 Radar
1685 reduced load cost to 1.5x to allow AD reloading of Jap torpedoes
1686 reduced load cost to 1.5x to allow AD reloading of Jap torpedoes
1698 Type 95 DC : change Range (depth) from 164 to 175

Could you expand this unofficial update to the historical stock scenarios?
So we can take advantage of super E fix, and Ohka production addition.

It would really be appreciated.

Umm ... Ermm ... Ok, I'll just pitch in. There's no AAA or ASW fixes (super-Es are still there). Checked the files and all the 'hidden secondary' csv columns are blank. So none of the systematic data fixes are in there. Fx, the Dutch sub guns are fixed in Babes by setting the secondary attribute and the appropriate secondary values. Making them DP guns screws up their utility in the land AA role.

Think this a case of too many cooks, each in their own kitchen with their own recipe and not talking to anybody else.

Ok, will attempt to fix this for Andy's new Scen02 and all the rest of the stock scenarios, so the change basis is, at least, uniform and consistent.

Andy, shoot me a PM and I'll give you a data dump on what I'm doing to your scenario (keeping all of your listed changes, btw). Ciao. J

Andy, made sure to keep all of your stuff, just added the systematic "hidden" things to do the AAA, the ASW stuff and fix the Super-Es. Also took the opportunity to fix a few errors and such; nothing major. Some of this 'flows' through to the Ship file, so updating in-progress games might show some burps, like what happened with the sub tubes thing, so I didn't want to go there. But if you and Michaelm think it's de minimis enough, go for it.

Think the tweaks will set a good standard, and should provide a good and consistent baseline for future changes. Just make sure you have Michael's "Sec_Atr" version of witploadae

Uuu, uuu! You have to also add Effect to 1684 12cm AA Rocket, because they are not working with 0 Effect.

Why those? I thought that AD will reload torpedoes regardless of their size.

Don't think so. Took Andy's changes, added the other tweaks, and posted the results as Scen02 Hakko Ichiu and Scen08 Hakko Ichiu (QC) on the Stock Updates page of the site. Think Andy's link is still his original?

For new games always use JWE's link its far better

This one is stamped so can update games in progress but its UNOFFICIAL and NOT A TEAM EFFORT so no money back if you use it and it buggers something up
