We are pleased to announce that the Slitherine/Matrix press event 2012 will be on April 23rd-24th in Stresa in Italy. We are flying in developers and journalists from all over Europe to this premier event.

The event is being held at the Grand Hotel des Iles Borromees. This amazing hotel has a wealth of history and was an ideal fit for our event.



We will be posting from the event direct to the site in real time with news. And boy do we have a lot of news! We have some major announcements and some amazing projects coming through. It is all very exciting and we can't wait. All the latest info will be posted to the dedicated forum we've just set up. You really need to watch this space as we have some major surprises coming your way next week. Enjoy!

I'll be watching the dedicated forum with interest. Looks like a nice place to bring the press!

I'm sure putting on an event like this takes a fair bit of work. I can imagine the developers showing up all bleary eyed after working all night to have their game ready to showcase!

I want to see some new games not sequels.

Pity that the hotel's wifi has some issues and so the info didn't get out as soon as I wanted, but it got out eventually :)

Everyone here is in a great mood, press and developers, all are excited about the releases. I cannot wait for both Close Combat: Panthers in the Fog and the new 3D one!
