People have been pestering me all day to find out what happens after this latest round. Well, wonder no more! The 6 group winners plus two unlucky losers go into the last 8 (that's 6+2 = 8 nate25....got that?......waiting ....yes? Use your fingers if necessary ......got that yet?...... good, I'll continue ). The last 8 is where it all gets serious; no more unlucky losers, no groups, no seedings. Its just a simple, straightforward, quarter-final draw, with the names pulled out of the hat, a la the FA Cup. Instead of "Number 32" - "Bolton Wanderers - will play -" "Number 16" "Northampton Town". Instead its "Number 44DD" "Rosie Jones - will play" etc etc. If you want to see some real girl on girl, then stay tuned. The one with the most votes in each match goes though to the semi-final. Thereafter, same applies for the last four. The winners of each semi-final go through to the final, while the 3rd/4th place play-off awaits the unlucky losers. Once all four placings are known, the results are sent to the United Nations, the heads of state of every country in the world, and all the major media companies. Such is the import of this contest, that here on in, only the winner may be known as the most beautiful woman in the world. No one may use that term again without it referring to the winner of this competition. For the voters - yes the folks that have made this possible - we will all be receiving nobel prizes for the advancement of learing pathetically at beautiful women (and Mollie Sugden). Gents - it doesn't get more important than this.....
