Updated the basic guide + added a thematic list of event method I founded on the forum

first of all, every country is using it's consts.ini, however it is suggested to keep things like CRT, similar in all files (or not to change them at all).

Please, Doom : in addition of the last little questions above (to complete the guide) : I have seen that parameter in "naval units CSV :

Special naval unit kind

I did examine some fleets in provided scenarios, and the deduction was that the codes for the special naval kinds are like that :

HP_Light_carrier =1
HP_Escort_carrier = 2
HP_Fleet_carrier = 3
HP_Small_battleship = 4
HP_Battlecruiser = 5
HP_Super_battleship = 6
HP_Heavy_cruiser = 7
HP_Light_cruiser = 8
HP_Auxiliary_cruiser = 9
HP_Coastal_submarine = 10
HP_Long_range_submarine = 11

Could you confirm that ?

Yes, I have seen that : sort of "variant naval units". What I need is the confirmation of the exactitude of these codes (to be entered in naval units.csv, in a special column of this file)

Doom : The last unsolved question list is in post N° 38 and 39 above, please

More less: the higher the number the less airstrike are performed

One tells what is the cost of upgrading level, and second what is the cost of upgrading type

(Codes of subtypes units, that must be entered - or 0 if no special subtype - in a column of the naval units.csv file : "Special naval unit kind" (column P of the CSV file) :

The last (little) pb I have is that : in my Bliz war mod (and also in my modern war mod scenario), when I create consts_blue2, consts_blue3 etc : if these consts files are in the scenario folder, the editor refuses to open the scenario and crashes. If these files are not present, no any pb.

The pb occurs only in editor, no any pb in game, all work fine.

The content of the file seems not be the reason : I tested with the vanilla consts and made 2 copies of this file under name consts_Blue2 and consts_Blue3 : the editor crash also with.

So, it seems that the editor does not accept the consts of new countries in the scenario directory. Any reason for that ? It is not really a big pb : I have just to not copy these files in the scenario directory when I use the editor, and to copy then when I use the game, but better would be to know the reason.

This pb occurs not only for my mods scenarios : I made a test with vanilla grand campaign 1939 : I actived Albania in countries.CSV and I created a consts_Albania : then, the editor crashed also, at the same.

At this time, not founded the reason Any opinion about ?
