How is production calculated for AFVs and A/C in "Road to.." scenarios? For instance, the Panzer IIF is produced N Berlin at the rate of 5 per turn. If I'm playing the Road to Leningrad where the scenario uses only 30% of the production system, is it:

N Berlin --> 5 x .3 (Scenario Prod Usage) x .85 (Prod to Eastern Front for '41) = 1.275, which rounds down to 1 Panzer IIf produced per turn

- OR -

N Berlin --> 5 x .3 (Scenario Prod Usage) = 1.5, which rounds down to 1, so --> 1 x .85 (Prod to Eastern Front for '41) = .85, which rounds down to 0 Panzer IIFs produced per turn and the pool never grows.

In both cases assume enough supplies exist at the production location, so supplies shortage would not impact what's showing up in the production pool.

I guess I'm asking:

1. Are all modifiers applied to production numbers and the final result rounded down?
- OR -
2. Are intermediate calculations always rounded down before applying the next modifier?

3. What happens when only 1 AFV or A/C is produced at a location? After applying modifiers the final result would always round down to 0. What happens in these situations when playing a scenario, not the GC?

IIRC Jim Wirth helped with the production model. Maybe he can answer? Any help would be appreciated. I've run some sample calculations but can't make my numbers match what's showing up in the pool. Again, assume supply shortages are not a factor.

Sorry, but these are questions for Pavel or Trey. My production work was based on campaign games only so I have no idea how production was adjusted for the smaller scenarios.

Jim,

Thanks for the response. Hopefully, Pavel will chime in if he can spare a few free moments.
