Okay, admittedly he was not very helpful; choosing to ignore the question, and pointing me in the direction of "much nice better quality dvd for your happy enjoyment" but, tellingly, he did not have anything positive to say about Zorch either. It was an open and shut case - I actually received no positive reports about Zorch - I put that in to make him feel better....
