I am playing my first GC as Soviet using 1.06, non-random weather. I am doing well against the AI (challenging 100-110), which is to be expected. I come to turn 24, which means one more (German) turn of snow before blizzard, and find that the German has retreated in a couple of places (see below for one of those places).
I would expect this against a human, getting ready for blizzard, but I did not expect it against the AI. I don't know if previous versions of the AI would do this- but I am impressed.
