Status: online 		Ivan Chernyakhovsky commanded 3rd Belorussian Front in 1944. Why is his max in-game command level Corps/Army HQ?

Status: online 		I am running v1.0.6.13 and it seems Ivan has reverted back to Corps/Army max command, after having been patched to make him front commander material. Did that get taken out in a subsequent patch by accident or do you have to start a new game post-patch to give him that level?
