Is there anyway to use map images (i.e. buildings, terrain, city and village, etc.) from West front in East Front and vice-versa? It would be cool to "mix it up" while building self made map's if possible. Does anyone know how to manipulate the game editor in order to do so? Appreciate the input. Thanks!

Open your East Front folder and find Terrain3D.bmp and open it with Windows Paint. You will see the view level 1 cites. This is where the game gets the image from. You could swap copies of the WF bmp but there is no way to easily do it on the fly or randomly.
