Status: offline 		So today i decided to buy my first game here and i had no expectations that it would fail ...

Now 8 hours later after TRYING to get support help PLIMUS has the nerve to blame matrix (or atleast send the ticket to them) but the download link are on plimus site ... now i expect Matix to tell me to get support from Plimus and ill never see this game.

This is really bad , i feel like i have been scammed as they simply cant produce a working DL link .

Is it this hard to buy stuff here ? will i ever recive my game ?

Status: offline 		Sorry i have no clue if and when they will be "up" again.

So for me with 10h wait and ticking there will be no game for me today and as the download link "expires after 24 hours or 3 download attempts." i guess im in the same boat tomorrow after work regardless what they do.

Also this:
As they now ignore me and forwarded it to matrix with this "We ask that the customer please allow up to 2 business days for the Vendor to respond." i guess in a few days maby ...

Plimus had scheduled some maintenance for the store today, but there was not supposed to be any downtime. We are now seeing the same issue and are working with the store to resolve it ASAP. Your download link is good, as soon as this issue is resolved. Apologies for the inconvenience, downtime is extremely rare and your link should work again very soon.

Status: offline 		If it is a maintenance , then this information hould not be kept from me by plimus . This is something i would have accepted as long as they would have kept me in the loop.

Well i still cant download and still no word from plimus other then i stated above

17h and ticking...

I do apologise for the issues you are experiencing. I have been told this issue has now been fixed and that you should be able to download your game from the link you have. I have also been told that Plimus are going to send you another download link aswell.
