Its Army Group South Ukraine, not North Ukraine.

There's a bug here. In the editor, it is Army Group South but the game converts it to Army Group North Ukraine due to the re-designation rules. There are no rules to change Army Group South Ukraine and North Ukraine back to their original designations when they are forced out of the Soviet Union.
