In the O1 world, the MB Global Alliance wishes to announce that it currently has 4 members in the top 10 rankings.

We do not intend to rest on our laurels.
We want to see all MB Global Alliance members in the top tier rankings.

Congrats to all and keep up the efforts.

I am working on joining the club........hard going though. Cash reserves are over 100 mil for both airlines. Many a/c on order awaiting delivery.

Starting to face stiffer spamming in Europe. Lots of sardine airlines flying all economy max configs.

Tx for the congrats. Want to get into the Top 5. Just can´t get enough long haul planes but that is true for all of us.

Any news about Hellas Air as he is still spamming me from Istanbul

I am probably insane for doing this but I have started an airline (7B) in R6, which starts Saturday.

My business plan for this airline is the following:
*** airfleet will be prop planes (ATRs) and/or jets with pax capacity of 100 or less.
*** Will only fly to/from airports with gates that cost $60,000 or less.

I am based out of MSY.

This is essentially a regional/commuter-type airline.

Anyone else interested in R6?

Guys, I lost my password for AE. Their damn system is being a major pain. I've been pulling out my hair trying to reset my password but i'm not receiving a reset email. Not in regular or spam. Over 5 tries. Frustrating. I'm close to the point of saying %$-$@!&*^........... and not even bothering anymore.\

Maybe one of you guys can ask in chat or the forums why I seem to be not receiving an email. I know its valid because I actually got as msg from Yuxi a while back about an inactive airline.

O2:
Bought 112 CL44 in O2, between 0 and 6 years old. Used these to replace older examples. Also bought some newer Constellations to replace older planes.

R5 (US):
After a week of new deliveries, had to spend an age Friday\Saturday replacing old with new. Not added any new routes.

R2 (Australia):
Prop planes switched to the Hawker Siddeley HS 748 - it has much longer range which helps in Australia
82 CL-44 Yukon on order!

Need to start thinking about another type to use. I have short and long haul props and an inefficient long haul jet. 747 springs to mind though none of the early versions looks special. Any experiences of long haul Douglas DC10?

R4 (Japan):
First 767-300ER entered service. MEUS seems to be the only airline paying close attention to the domestic market.

R6 (Russia):
A bridge too far?
Set up a little Russian airline

---

I probably cannot keep all 3 new airlines expanding, even with low effort in O2 and R5.

I set up R2 and R4 at the same time. In R2 there are more airlines in Australia than in R4, and in R4 more airlines in Japan than Australia. Not yet sure if having more airlines in a country is a good thing or not - more competition, but those competitors also have more rivals themselves.

One last question - why pre-order a plane? There are 114 737-200Adv pre-orders in R2, and I can't see why these should be ordered so far in advance?

People just do it because they have the cash.........I like when they do that, it stops them dead in their tracks ordering any other 737 versions to use until after the adv arrives. LOL

Apathetic I will see if I can figure it out for you.

Basically any route over 1500 miles is all yours, anything under that range we are going to clobber. Dallas Love is all ours.

I have a total of 60 on order for R2........that is all I am going to order. But I am thinking about ordering a crap load of ATR42-200 in O1 though..............blasted thing only carries 50 pax but has a fuel rating of 360...............I just snagged 3 from used bin and clobbered 3 routes in Europe..............flying at a range of 150, I got 1 of them doing 70 flights per week making 115,000 per day with a 6C/40Y config. Economy ticket is 80 bucks. LOL

Sorry for dumping a big pile of crap on your routes in 01. Had a huge backorder of planes(150)since I couldnt access my account. Spent over 10 hours routing my planes and I still have many left, mostly bae's and shorts. After all those hours everything blends together. If any of you notice me invading let me know. I'm sure I stepped on other toes somewhere.

O1.... I'm pretty sure I stepped on United and Air France somewhere during my marathon routing phase. I'll look but if you could do the same i'd appreciate it too.

You did, not too bad though.........I know you got clobbered in my going after Air Corea on one route. But I am all green on pax loads so not worried.

Just look before you shoot if you find that route and match me.

O1

Hi Guys, I just noticed that my employee morale has dropped to less than 50% as the industry median pay has shot through the roof. I seem to remember this happening in R5 once. Anyone know why this happens??

Some butt head is jacking with payroll again before he dies.........they all do it and it pisses me off big time.

Hopefully one day we will see a real AVERAGE so no one airline can jack everything up like that.

Sounds like there is a "bug" in the software if it does that. Is it being fixed by Yuki??
