On the third scenario, the units I buy aren't there on the first turn. Are they reinforcements or do we have a bug?

Which units and how do you know they are not there? Have you tried cycling through your units?

So Bismarck, how is Sea Lion?

I have kind of held off on this one due to subject matter. Sea Lion just never caught my imagination personally.
