Hello all,

We have a quick Beta Update to try out. It is in the Members Club, and includes a Crash fix, and other improvements and adjustments. Below are the changes for this update with links to the previous changes.

Please remember this is a beta, and feedback is appreciated.

V1.05.60 – February 6, 2012

    New Features and Rule Changes


      1. Formula Change - Decreased flak losses for the dive bombers and fighter bombers.
      2. AI Improvements – Improved and adjusted Soviet attacking AI.

    Bug Fixes

      1. Fixed a crash bug that may occur due to combat reporting problem.
      2. Fixed the editor so that setting the fort level in a hex will now remove any fort in the hex
      instead of leaving a fort level of 0 (10%).
      3. Fixed a bug where a scenario could begin with objective victory points already awarded
      unintentionally to one side.
      4. Fixed a problem where the screen was going black when the game was inactive

On day downloading a beta patch from the members area will be easy. Oh I could just wish!

Hello

I am sorry to have to say, that this is happen on my pc with 1.05.60 playing against the ai. I can hear sound e.g. when ai controlled troops are marching. But the "screen" goes black for 1-2 s and than I can see the map again. Sometimes I can also see the deskopt instead black ground for a very short time.

There was no fix for the non-responsive periods. This is just pure inactive window fix.

To Omat.
If you are using Win 7 or Vista try running it in compatibility mode for Win 7 or such.

I have a problem that during AI turn the program says "not responding". Playing in Win7 compatibility mode (I`m using Win7) fixes the proplem. For compatibility mode look in shortcut properties.(rt click)
