Turn 3 of a new GC and I am watching my JU87D and JU88 being exported to Romania. Sort of frustrating since they have almost as many JU87D's as I have. I just watched about 6 Stab downgrade to JU86-k from JU88 even though I have 66 JU88 in my pool.

I am going to have to go manual upgrade across the board now.

But please stop the heavy exports if you can. They can have my JU87B once I upgrade.

I'm still working on the aircraft stuff and as first action all nations with aircraft imports from Germany have their first date set three months after the first date in Germany.
It needs some further research to get some historical date ranges for exports. In case of Romania they may have received the majority of german aircraft from 1943 on (except older types).

Maybe Pavel has some time to rework the export process by adding some restrictions like "Do not export if aircraft is a recent version and less than 100 in pool" or "aircraft is outdated - feel free to export as many as the others want".

There are some limits on the exports already. I'll take a look at it.

They can have my JU86K if they want, but leave my good ones alone. At this rate, the Rumanian Air Force will be better equipped than my German.

10 JU87D
9 JU52
32 JU88 this turn alone!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for taking a look, but this is driving me crazy.

I found some sources stating the romanian Hs 129 and Ju 87/88 were delivered from 3/1943, dates have been adjusted. For the Ju 52 I'll keep the 3-month delay (no info yet).
I could not find any source claiming 240+ Hs 129 were delivered (!)  to Romania thus the imports were reduced to 140 aircraft (they captured several Hs 129 following their swing-over but not that many. Numbers I have seen: about 40 Hs 129 initial delivery in early 1943 to equip one group (3 squadrons) and at Minimum 23 more to replace losses in 1943. In 1944 a second group was prepared and in training (obviously another batch of 30+ aircraft).

For Hungary I could only find several Ju 87/88 were available at Kursk - Ju88A moved forward to 1/1943 but Ju87D delayed to 6/1942. No Info about Ju 52 thus it stays delayed until 10/1941. The imports of Me 210 have been greatly reduced as the majority of them was licensed-built in Hungary with more than hundred shipped back to Germany.

Thanks. Just finished turn 8 and it looks like the exports are tapering off now. Only 9 JU52 and some recon to Rumania. Maybe it just needs to fill out the pool or something. My JU88 pool is back above 100 now. The Stukas still hurt. I would rather see the exports be from my obsolete pool.

Exports are set up for stuff they actually received/bought - I don't think they'd like to get old Ju 86 instead of modern 87D or 88A/D.

They just received a bunch of HE111-3 in another fresh start, along with a bunch of JU86. 2nd Turn logistics and they got 30 of each. I got no problems with them getting slightly outdated a/c.

Now turn 14 and I have yet to be able to upgrade a unit bigger than a Stab with JU87D but the Romanians seem to get 12 per turn. They now have 55 in the pool and another 72 in units. I have 24 in the pool. So this needs to change big time. I have air units running low on a/c because the JU87B is not produced but my production manager enjoys selling to the Rumanians.

I would love to see the 1943 rule take effect. This is killing me. My JU88 pools are fine, but am dying for some JU87D.

And I would love to see an .exe based fix to prevent too many and too early exports. If you start the 1943 campaign you will have this problem again even with the data changes I made.

Not lashing out at you Denniss. I know your working on things. But I cannot shoot my manager even though I would love to do it. I would love a "do you agree to export X a/c to Rumania" with a yes or no.

I won't shoot him either but I'll find ways to delay his arrival at the factories so he can't get his hands on all of the new aircraft. Some will be taken/flown away by units requesting them.

Did they actually have 30 of each? I ran a test and they had 22 HE111-3s and 24 JU86s in the pools on turn 2 and again on turn 3, which makes sense based on what they are allowed to get from the Germans. It'll go on the list to be looked at, but there should be a finite amount per aircraft that gets sent to the Allies. Dennis is onto something with at least delaying some of them in case there is no code adjustment possible.

They received IIRC 30 He111-3 on turn 2 and another 27 or so JU86. Turn 3 they started getting my JU86D's and have not stopped since. Turn 16 and I am at 28 in pool, the Rumanian have 83 in pool and 72 in units. I cannot get them back so the Rumanians will have a massively upgraded air force. Still have the auto saves up to turn 15. Minus turn 1&2. Delaying till 1943 would be great. They can have all my JU87B once I am upgraded.

I have started a new game to see what happens in this one.

In the data update I sent out for developer review the Ju 87/88 to Romania have been delayed to at least 3/1943 (when they switched from older domestic aircraft to more modern german ones). The 240 Hs 129 the romanians get in the current version have also been reduced to 140 as this was way over the top (more than 25% of total production). I still feel 140 is way too high but that's not easy to determine without more sources (this number shall not include captured aircraft).

And as said, these date shifts are just a workaround, you will have the problems in later scenarios again as production starts with almost zero pools. I have not yet closely examind where in the logistic phase these exports happen but I hope this is after air unit replacement and upgrade section .

Thank you. I play the 41 GC so it works for me. LOL

But I see your point on the later scenarios. I just spot them in the logistic report, so I don't know that one either.
