Errors: PVO AA Units Attached to Cities

Two errors I stumbled upon in one of my PBEM games. We are both using the Official 1.05.45 Version of the game. I can make the PBEM psv file\files available if these are needed.

First Error: When clicking on the PVO AA Unit to see it’s details the game crashes to the desk top. This seems to be peculiar to the PVO AA unit stationed in Dnerpropetrovsk.

Second Error: I wanted to send the PVO AA unit back to the national reserve. However when I clicked on the [X] to do this the Soviets Admin Points go to zero.

The second one isn't a bug: It costs 50 admin points to move a PVO AA regiment to STAVKA.

Ouch! What's up with that? Thanks.

On the second error -- the game crash -- It only seems to occur for the PVO AA regiment in Dnepropretovsk.

Like I said in the original post -- and like it shows on the screen shots -- 1.05.45. Also -- like I said in the original post -- I can make the psv file available to whomever. PM me and I'll email it over.

Crash repeats for me over and over. I tried it several times and than dropped back to a previous turn save and it did the same thing. However When I started a new GC 41-45 (me vs. me) the game didnt crash when I clicked on the AA regiment in Dnepropretovsk.

Seriously -- why is it so expensive to relocate a PVO AA Regiment? These units typically consist of no more than two or three dozen light and medium caliber antiaircraft cannons. Conversely German LW FLak Regiments can be upwards of 200 lt, medium and hvy AAA guns. This isn’t a game breaker by any stretch, but the large AP cost associated with moving one of these PVO AA Regiments to the National Reserve is a source of curiosity.

Must be protection to restrict flak unit transfers from the original cities. A bit too much to my taste.

Btw, fixed the crash. Thanks for the save.
