Can anyone give me info on the values in this file and how modifying it might affect ai building decisions. Thanks.

I've looked it over and can't figure it out, and our programmer Eric is off on vacation. I'm hoping he can respond next week. In the meantime, there might be a discussion in the modders' forum, so perhaps glance through a few of those threads.

That file is unused; it was for an AI mechanism we abandoned.  The AI purchasing decisions are made by an internal algorithm.
