I recently moved and had alot of my stuff put into storage, and I upgraded to a much better computer, ( my old one had become wheezy to say the least).

Anyway, I mislaid my copy of WitP AE, and could not find it anywhere. I raised a helpdesk ticket to ask if I could redownload the game, and was pleasantly suprised by the fast response to my query. In the end Christian Bassini moved a small mountain to help me download as I had bought mine in Digital River days, and it was difficult for them to allow a redownload as more than 2years had expired since I bought it, or some such nonsense.

If I've ever had a problem, the Support Team have toiled to resolve the issue, and have always been pleasant and polite.

Sometimes I look at the price of some Matrix products and quail, but they are worth every penny. The software is always of the highest standard, and the support for all the products is second to none.

Three cheers for Matrix, and Merry Christmas to all ( throws hat in the air)

I agree...I have always had super support except once. And that was for Maximum football 2.0 . That thing would not work on my system for anything..They just gave up...Never heard from them about it again.I think they were hiding....good thing I got it on sale..lol

Matrix support is great and has been very responsive but they have their limits.
I have two problems regarding the Members page now that Matrix seems to can't solve. :(
