Probably a dumb question, but I haven't played many of these types of games and couldn't find the info in the manual: What do the red, green, and blue lights mean on the right hand side of the NATO marker? I think I figured out the red one means the unit can be reinforced, but can't figure out the green and blue. Thanks.

Absolutely not a dumb question.
Red dot means that the unit can be reinforced.

Blue dot means that the unit did not participated in multiside attack.

Green dot means that the unit has got Action Points still left.
