I have seen some bold moves, but this one is the the most costly I've seen.
As JFB, this is worth the price of admission. 
CV Lexington had been sunk early in war off Rabaul, so....the war will go on for many more months.

OUCH!! - 
However, CV Wasp moved only one hex and Vals got ono more bomb hit to put her under and two torpedo hits from Kates into CA Louisville to sink her. In the PM Phase, CV Yorktown is NOT targeted (plus too much damage to allow any CAP to be flown). 
Ms Nell and Ms Betty went after the other shiny toy, BB Prince of Wales, and put 7 torpedo hits in her.
