Can someone explain the Stringbaseeditot. As stated in another thread, it does not appear to open any file in the game. I would think it was for editing the cvs files. Thanks

this one is to edit the text database.
text displayed in the game is stored in lang_ENG.db
For the ease of use, it is faster (at least for me) to edit everything in lang_ENG.csv file and then opening it with the string editor and save into the db format.
