Status: offline 		I just bought this and have only played the first couple of Tutorial scenarios so far. I'm wondering about the Grand Campaign add-ons: are they completely separate from the default campaign? Or are the scenarios contained in them folded into the default campaign? I assume the former, but haven't got far enough to confirm yet.

Status: online 		They are completely separated from the default campaign.
You can play them individually, or play them together. You can play for example, 39 and 41. Or you can play the whole batch when ready.
