I also got a crash in the editor when I selected a hex, clicked on the "units" box, selected "add unit in hex" and then with the "Give Regime Nr" dialog open, selected "cancel" operation. The error is 'Conversion from String "" to type 'integer' is not valid.' (I got this because I had to start over with units because I couldn't delete the cargo ship with the units loaded since the game requires that I unload first. Then I wanted to think about the unit, so crash - which is good, in a way).

See the end of this message for details on invoking
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging

For example:

< jitDebugging="true" />

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.
