Hey, do you want to know how to cook Kaltor
Recipe for roast Kaltor:
I am sorry to our friends at Europe, being a stupid American, I do not know metric measures.
Crumble up some bread, and mix it with a butter/egg mixture.
Take kaltor, place it on a 2x4 piece of wood, maybe 5 feet long.
Baste it with butter.
Add one tablespoon poultry seasoning per 25 pounds of kaltor
Add lemon peper
Place in the oven at 350 degrees fahrenhiet.
About 30 minutes into roasting, take the butter/egg mixture, and pour it over the kaltor steak.
Cook and addition 2 hours 30 minutes.
Then... and this is the critical part of the recipe: pull the kaltor out of the oven, throw away the kaltor, and eat the 2x4 board you cooked it on...
Serves 6... and it tastes like chicken.
