Hi Mike, many happy returns.

Found a great classic cheesecake recipe. Made a couple for some local folks in Fairhope and it was well received. So made some to take down to Lulu's. That would be Mr Buffet's sister's restaurant down in Gulf Shores. Ain't Alabama great?

Ciao John

Well, that doesn't sound very appetizing. Hair, sweat and (maybe) some sloughed dermis? Whatever happened to the tomato-base versus vinegar-base argument?

Good morning, Leo.

You're morning starts when I am still sound asleep.

Are you still covered in snow?

Nope... we are in false spring... we now have above +10 degrees Centigrade and almost everything thawed...

That's too bad. I really like snow, and moisture is always welcome. Especially here during a two year drought that is currently on going.

We are in a cold snap at present...

Us too. Nostril hair freezing weather here again. -14F this morning, -25 with the wind chill. Weatherman (liar!) assures us that we will get beyond 0F today. I'll lay odds. Any takers?
