Status: offline 		I ran some tests a while ago about the effect of attacks on oil installations in BoB.

1. made notes about the qty of oil and fuel at the location
2. bombed the location to 99% damage
3. was disappointed to see that way less than half of oil and fuel had disappeared fro the location

Bug, feature, reason?
