i am playing first game a russia. low level. i am summer 42 and have capture Romania. i have noticed that the germans are using russian air recon units.

That would be odd. You can't capture and use enemy aircraft.

Can you provide more data? Save? Thanks.

just end the turn and you will see at the beginning of the German phase the recon flight starting from Russian air units.

I took a look at the save. Axis air recons are not using Soviet air bases. These are "false" reports of cancelled flights. They can terminate incorrectly during the AI phase. Will fix. Thanks for the report.
