I'm thinking along those lines too. Bigger and more historically correct, but still retain the playability and fun.
Too bad about Battlefield's fate. I signed the beta-test agreement, but Matrix apparently put a hold on further development.
Anyway, looking forward to bigger & better Mediterranean scenarios (Crete and Malta almost finished from my hand).

You are correct. I made a smaller one to play around with the editor. It is cumbersome with no undo button. I've only had game a few days so when I learn editor better I will jump into making the larger battles.
