My Profile Problem

Can't change my avatar, nor change any option. When click on "Apply" displays that:



Tested with Explorer and Chrome, with different computers, different images (145x145 and 750kb max)...

any ideas?

What's not clear about the name of this forum and how on earth do you think anyone in here would be able to help ?

I'm just reporting what I think is a lack of attention from Matrix Games. I do not expect any solution from anyone in this forum, but perhaps a little more kindness in the answers. Of course I understand clearly the name of this forum, although English is not my mother tongue neither many of the forum members.
