So I see some West Coast(R) can change commands for PP expenditure but some can't. Any easy way of determining which can or do I just have to scroll through the lot?

Trying clicking to change the command. If you can then it can be changed. Also if the color is yellow then it can be changed and if it is white then it can not.

Yes I managed to get that far but I wondered if there was some way of accessing a list of which units can be changed to save a bit of time? Keep getting disappointed - "Ooh they'd really help in my Southwest Pacific operations (click) - dammit they're white!"

Unfortunately, no way that I've found.  Too bad there isn't the color distinction in a list of units that there is in the individual unit screens.  At least the "Next LCU" button (or whatever the label actually is) makes scrolling through the units faster.

Has anyone considered making a small graphic change to the Restricted commands so that the permanently restricted commands that are unchangeable use the square brackets like [R] while the ones that can be changd use the current round brackets (R).  Does anyone think that this is feasible?
