Release date postponed

Time of Fury spans the whole war in Europe and gives players the opportunity to control all types of units, ground, air and naval. Not only that, each player will be able to pick a single country or selection of countries and fight his way against either the AI or in multiplayer in hotseat or Play by E-Mail. This innovative multiplayer feature will give player the chance to fight bigger scenarios against many opponents, giving the game a strategic angle that has no equal in the market. The game uses Slitherine’s revolutionary PBEM++ server system.

Release date postponed

Post by doomtrader »

At Wastelands Interactive we strive for customer satisfaction and to make the most enjoyable games possible. Thus, we always want to deliver our games to the market in the most polished form. That said, we have decided to postpone the release of Time of Fury to better prepare for updating and upgrading the game in the future. With this additional development time, we can better posture ourselves to enhance and improve the game post-release, so that the Time of Fury community will be able to enjoy the game long into the future. The whole team is aware that fans have been waiting for this title for a while now, but we truly believe this is the best course of action and will ultimately lead to the best gaming experience for our fans.

It is worth to mention that the new build has been released at the beginning of this month.

Next week we are planning to prepare new build for betas and some more screenshots are going to be published.

Good for you! Take your time with the polishing, as most of us can wait. The game looks very good already if one reads the AARs.

In many cases, games released before their time get hammered with bad reviews; even with follow-up patches, some never recover. It would make a nice Christmas present, though.
