My SOP has stopped working. I need to do a fresh install but I can not find the digital download file from when I purchased the game.

Here is what happened. There might be a link to the SOP problem but not sure.

I uninstalled three Matrix titles (MH2, JTCS and TOW) and a free PG2 version from my laptop through normal procedures. Then when I started SOP it would not work. The Game Menu opened but when I clicked on Play, it crashed immediately. After some digging around I got a message that I am missing d3dx9_35.dll file. I have no idea how I deleted that unless it was thru the uninstalling of the other games. I am not that PC savvy but is there a chance that uninstalling TOW somehow messed up the SOP?

Anyway, I need to know how I can get a digital download file. I still have the serial number of the game.

Just go to the site where you bought it.

Click on my games. Then re-install.

OK, I have joined the member's club and registered the s/n. The game has not shown up in My Games/My Products page yet. I guess I have to wait a few minutes for the system to update.

Light the boilers snipes, make ready all engines!

I'm having the same problem, trying to redownload. The game is there in "Mygames"(I have Primus under Matrix) but there is no option to download, only updates. I typed in the order number for Storm over the Pacifc but Distants Worlds and a link for downloading that game keeps coming up!

I triple checked the order number and order date and its for Storm.
