At the end of an operation in a campaign, if you have requisition points left, you effectively lose them (well, they apply to something... promotion maybe?). That means if you have units that are damaged then you don't get to repair them effectively to prepare for the next operation. The units are also not auto-repaired between operations (strange, right... a tank crew with no vehicle is sent into a new operation with no tank????).

Does anyone else think this is strange?

You have a good point, it would be good to have a phase at the end/between Operations to use those "left over points".

Historically though the game might be more accurate as is. If an Army loses a division I doubt that the Army HQ would rebuild/use resources to replenish a unit they are losing control of....
