I have a legitimate 3 disc box set of CC TLD bought from Matrix games and have been playing it on my laptop for 2 years.
I have tried to load the game onto my PC but continually get a setup error dialogue box as disc 1 is loaded. I have loaded and played other CC games for many years. All security and registry monitoring software have been disabled.
I suspect it might be a licencing issue...

My PC... Mesh, XP Home,SP3, 1GB mem.

Last time this was reported it seemed to be defective disks

Andrew,
Can you help..

I repeated this problem on the Helpdesk site and got an automated reply with ID 6179 and a link to my problem.

the link doesn't work, it says the page no longer exists..
I've had no personal contact from Matrix at all.

Hi Andrew,

I sent ERIKR an email..... guess what..... he didn't bother to reply.....

so, after spending good money on a useless 3 disc game, from a company where no-one gives a S*** what do I do now..

You and RD-ODDBALL are the only responders

Please help so I don't end up hating Matrix for the rest of my life...
