Question FBD on strike?

Post by Jacekim »

Playing Axis 41-45 suddenly one of my Repair units, FBD3, won´t repair rail?!
It has 16 MP stands on a rail line that is 100% damaged next to repaired rail but no RRC is displayed!

I wish I could add picture to better display this but I do not know how.

Is it next to a rail line that has been repaired and is in your network? I have made this mistake before where I just move it where I think the line goes, only to discover that the actual rail line looped through a different hex.

If 85,51 is damaged you cannot repair 85,50

Your repair unit is in 85,50. But the pop-up says that 85,51 is damaged. Therefore, you cannot repair 85,50.

Move your rail unit to 85,51, repair it, and then go again to 85,50...

But the 84,50 is repaired thus I SHOULD be able to repair the hex where the FBD is!

No

That is what Klydon said before. The rail makes a V-shaped loop and it passes by 85,51.

There has been today a similar post, around Kaunas...

EDIT: Vilnius
EDIT 2: I am wrong here. He speaks of 84,50 and not 85,50.

Ah, OK sorry, you are arriving from the left!! from Vitebsk? Then you are more than 5 hexes away from the railhead?.

The popup at hex 85,51 says off rail range 16, so I'd look for a partisan attack 16 hexes away.Seems most likely.
