Trying to determine why a group of JU-52 planes with 1% flown can't do a air life mission 15 hexes away. Have done nothing on turn but some recon. Also, just in case I dropped the fly planes % to 0% so that is not problem. I did move that base a few hexes, but thought you can still fly planes from bases that move. It adds some miles I understand.

Screen shots will show.

Here is the planes list that doesn't show that Ju-52s group.

Check your air doctrine screen and see if the % is set too high.

I stated that I had set this to '0' just in case.

0 means they won't fly at all. Did you try 10%? It means that's the minimum % available to be able to fly.

I thought 0 would mean all fly and 110 would mean none for setting 'Percent Required to Fly'. Unless 0 means same as > 100%?

I'm seeing this 0% flown on most Ju52. Not sure what is going on?? Is this a bug? Maybe should post it as such, unless somebody has an explanation. I need these planes to fly supply missions. Hurting me bad.

Here's the mission that could fly from previous image. Once again no JU-52s showing up. Wow. Really frustrating, not sure what I'm missing. Guess my troops going to starve a bit since these air crews just don't want to fly for me this turn or previous turns. It's clear weather BTW and the target hex is like 10-12 hexes away from the staging base.

Are the air transports set for day or night missions.  I ran into this problem where if they were set to night missions they didn't fly at all.  Try that and see if it helps.

They are set to day. Is that not the default. Don't think I changed it. But when I get back to turn I'll look.

Thanks

There's a problem with the unit numbers, where units with a low number will appear on the list, but those with a high number won't (which sadly includes many of the Ju 52 units). This is being worked on.

There is more than just index. It must be fixed in version we are testing right now.

yea me too this is boning me on manual recon flights. Which wouldn't be so bad if the Ai ran recon properly. (using the automatic right click..not the AI doing all the recon buttons)
