Status: offline 		One group of carrier zeros did fly airfield attack, while they were set to escort, 40 % CAP. Luckily the planes were at 20 000 ft, so I lost only one plane and pilot. At the same turn there were kates flying airfield attack.

Status: offline 		Actually, now that I read the combat report carefully, I noticed that some of the escorting zeros were glide bombing(?) like kates...
All my fighters were set to escort.

Status: offline 		I'm not a dev but if you want to PM me the player 1 password I could at least look for any order errors you overlooked.

One unrelated note is that you probably want to set drop tanks on your zeros.

Status: offline 		It actually was the Soryu-1 fighter group.

Running it on the 'future' build, it didn't do AF attack.

However, when I used 1106i, it did. No apparent reason that jumps up at me.

I will trace the actions of that group later today and report back.

Status: offline 		The fighter group was assigned as escorts to one of the bombing groups.
But due to how it does this, the fighter's secondary mission was 'AF attack' even though you can't see it.

As part of a follow-on (which the escort is) mission, the new group's primary AND secondary missions are checked against the leading group.
If the either is the same, it changes the group's attack mission to the same.

Somehow, the fighter group managed to keep its secondary mission of AF attack.

I will add the change that fixes it for 1106i to the new build, even though it doesn't seem to need it.
