If you want to attack, bombard or bomb a hex you first choose the target then the units which are to do it. One notable exception is air recon, you first need to find the plane then the hex which you wish to recon. This is not only not in accordance with the rest of the actions but also not that comfortable. Could we a recon button upon clicking on a viable hex that would display a list of air units in range, much the same as bombing does?
