Oliver, Thank you for the posts. I admire the people who take the time and effort to do this type of work. I will be keeping tabs on whats happening in our game. And again, thanks! An FYI, Dave and I just started our second eto scenario. The first one didn't go too good. We just couldn't get a feeling for the game with all of the house rules. We ended up scrapping the game around turn 75. So we are plaing this scenario with our own house rules, which are the house rules we used when we played TOW. They are simple: 1) Axis and USSR have to honor the Molotov-Ribentrop agreement for 1 year after the fall of Poland. 2) USA will not lend pp's to any major power until the fall of France or if the US enters the war. 3) USA will not lend any pp's to USSR until USSR and Axis are at war. 4) We make the USSR do all the land grabs when the events occur. After that anything goes. What we like about the eto scenario is: 1) Cario is no longer a source of supply. This gives the Axis a chance in Africa. 2) Diplomacy, it is much more heated than in the original TOW game. 3) The overland trade routes for the Axis. It never made sense for minor countries to be buying low level tech units. 4) The expanded sea zones and ports like Scappa Flow. By the way I don't think I ever said thanks to Uxbridge for all the work he has done to make a great game even better. Thank you for your time and effort.
