Say Mike, did you here about the latest game update? We might want to talk to the Chickens about it.

Just read about it. Looks like "mostly" database only, which won't affect us without a restart. I'm up for waiting until the "impending" patch 6 is released.

Not quite: there are three hotfixes in it, two of which are pretty important (the base radar fix and the attack bomber fix).

Yeah, but our game is only in Jan '42, and the next code patch is likely to be available fairly soon. That said, I'm always ready and willing to upgrade.

Works for me. It doesn't matter how or when we do it, as long as we do it together.

I'd like to wait for the patch...this will give us some time to suss how complete the fix for the hotfixes before drinking the Kool-Aide. I'll go with majority vote though-if the Martian is hellbent on patching, I would go along.

It's a quarter to 1, outside the snow is falling from the sky, and the only sound in the whole world is my PSU fan. The stillness is absolute.

I wonder if I've died and not noticed... I hope not; I've not gotten started on Revolution Under Siege yet.

Speak for yourself, mate. There is no environmental condition that results in quiet that can befall a household with a 3 year old and a 6 year old running around.

Nice guy, I just realized from one of your posts that I'm at the other end of your state. I live 8 miles from Council Bluffs. We'll have to get togther for a beer!

You bet. I'll meet you in Des Moines.

That would be about half way , wouldn't that? Know any goood pubs there?

You guys can go exploring for some.

Nope, I've only driven through there.

I'm in the Big Brother program and I've been looking for a reason to take my "little" to Des Moines. Perhaps I can combine the trips. Maybe we can find a good pizza place with some brew on tap. ;)

Good to see you too John.

There's a street in town where all the young women (who are capable) go for a run on Saturday mornings. Reminds me of Washington park back in Denver. The scenery can be stunning...and the view isn't bad either.

I just did this evening...I think.

Actually I'm having some confusion with that. I just downloaded the update, per the download page, but I'm only on version 1.0.4.1. Is that the latest version?
