It is not part of MWIF Product 1.

Because the leaders interact with so many rules, a lot of code would have to be added to support them. The raw data for the leaders is already coded (as a data set which the program can read and store as internal variables), including all the capabilities of each leader. But new graphics would have to be added to render the counters and I would have to figure out how to add them to each hex, and elsewhere.

But personally, speaking as a player, I would like to include with them in a game as an optional rule.

I was going to suggest using 1 leader per side chosen randomly or by vote (1 Axis, 1 Allied) since their abilities can be overwhelming. 1 per side would add just enough spice to make it interesting.

my next WiF order will probably be Khaki in Flames but ME looks more appealing every time I drool over it.

Status: online 		Euhmmm. This looks like another "mega" game, for which my wife will not evacuate her in house office, my son will not abandon the attic, and the master bed room is only totally mine, if I'm going for a divorce...

I'll pass and wait for this computer game to finish... Even with extended monitors on the computer desk, I wouldn't need a very large room to stash the game, let alone find people to play it with...

I agree on the Master Edition. But Blitz is the other direction- it looks like WIF lite, theoretically you could play out the war in about a weekend (or two). I could just about run to that these days whereas the last game of WIFFE (+DODIII) I played went on about 2 1/2 years and never reached a satisfactory conclusion...

(I object to their development of Blitz. Its a diabolical ploy to stunt the commitment of would be experts & convert us into amateurs akin to "axis & allies" type of newbs).
